Sanders Place is a co-working and event space located at 11–15 Albert Street, Richmond, Victoria. This architecturally designed facility was transformed from a former vegan chocolate warehouse into an environmentally sustainable office space. It caters to professionals and organizations focused on social and environmental impact, offering a vibrant community atmosphere with natural light, courtyard gardens, and energy-efficient design. The project was a collaboration between NMBW Architecture Studio, Openwork and Finding Infinity, and it received a 2024 National Architecture Award for Commercial Architecture. To stay true to the sustainable accrediation of the build, Marnee Fox was tasked with spacial planning, sourcing pre loved furniture , rugs and accessories and vibrant art from local creatives to really bring to life this thoughtful and highly progressive project.
